Availability of goods, prices & ordering
- All goods advertised for sale are subject to availability
- In the event of goods being out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible
- All sizes and measurements shown on the website are approximate
- It is your responsibility to ensure that all order details are completed accurately
- Every attempt is made to ensure that prices listed on www.visitmanchester.com/giftshop are accurate. However, we accept no liability for errors and omissions.
- If a product has been listed at a lower price by mistake and you have ordered that product, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to either reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it.
- If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and have already paid for the goods, a full refund will be issued
Image Library
- All digital images should be disposed of after use and may not be stored for longer than the period of loan on any data retrieval system.
- Any images used from www.visitmanchester.com/giftshop should include an acknowledgement to www. visitmanchester.com
- Images are provided on the basis of one single use by the customer
- If any information provided by the customer is found to be incorrect which results in the customer being incorrectly charged, a revised hire charge will be calculated to reflect the correct fee plus an additional 50% of that charge.
- The fixed hire charge is set per image and covers administration, duplication, standard email delivery and loan costs and is non-refundable
- The fixed hire charge is calculated on the basis of the number of images requested and provided to a customer. This charge is irrespective of the number of images eventually used by that customer
- Any special request for courier, express delivery or other’s delivery than standard email will be invoiced accordingly
- Payment will be taken via paypal.
- It is prohibited to lend images out to a third party.
Delivery - Goods will be delivered within 14 days of Marketing Manchester accepting your order to addresses within the European Union, or within 20 days to addresses outside the European Union
- Postage and packing shall be charged in addition to the price of the goods
- All items destined for UK addresses are dispatched by First Class post or Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. If you choose Royal Mail Recorded Delivery you will be charged the additional postage as shown on your order
- We accept no responsibility for non-delivery via standard post
Payment
- Full payment for any goods ordered must be made by credit or debit card in advance of delivery
- All prices are in UK pounds sterling. The conversion of your currency to UK sterling may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
- All details are held by Paypal, our payment processor. Please note we do not store or keep your credit card details
- We reserve the right to ask for additional security identification to comply with the security checks carried out by Paypal
- All prices shown include VAT (except books, maps, guides and children’s clothing which are zero-rated for VAT purposes). When a zero-rated VAT item, such as a book, is ordered together with a fully rated VAT item, VAT must also be charged on the total cost of postage and packing
Returns Policy
- All goods are delivered with a 7-day money back guarantee in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. In order to return goods under your money back guarantee, you must email us at shop@visitmanchester.com or write to us within 7 working days of delivery of the goods, and arrange and pay the cost of returning the goods to us. We will refund the sums paid for the goods delivered to you
- Should any goods ordered not be suitable and to your reasonable satisfaction, we ask that you return the goods to us at your expense
- If goods are found to be faulty or damaged upon delivery or not of satisfactory quality, please contact shop@visitmanchester.com within seven working days of receipt of the goods.
- All goods which you intend to return must be kept in good condition whilst in your possession
